Great Voices : THE NATIONALS Matt Berninger !

I was listening to The National today and was absolutely as usual blown away by Matt Berninger's voice, it is haunting, creative, unique and powerful. What are some great unique voices from your time, bowie and lou reed are some thoughts.

I don't know the NATIONAL What is their best album/cd's ? Where are they from ..etc ? As far as great voices , my generation has such a big choice to chose from .. Almost every group has a unique VOICE, but if your talking about a " creative, unique, and powerful voice" I would have to go with BONO.. all those 3 things you mentioned.. Also Roger Daughtry..From soft ballards to wailing screams (WE WON"T BE FOOLED AGAIN) he was and is a classic !
